Making a lasting impression for your guests with a custom made laser cut and laser engraved seating chart for your wedding or event.

Choose from acrylic or timber backing with raised laser-cut acrylic or timber headings. 

Headings are laser cut and guest names are laser engraved, giving your signage a unique 3D textured and layered look. Laser engraved guest names will appear black on timber signs, white on clear, frosted or mirror acrylic signs and are paint filled (eg black, white) on coloured acrylic signs. 

We offer hundreds of colour combinations and thousands of fonts—fully customizable to match your theme.

You can include as many or as few details as you'd like.  We'll handle the rest.

We can match your inspiration photos, wedding stationery, or work with your colour scheme or mood board. Feel free to send us any pictures you would like us to match.

We require your wedding or event date to ensure timely production and delivery.

If ordering less than four weeks before your event, custom colours may not be available.  Please contact us to order and discuss options.  

GUEST NAMES & SEATING DETAILS

We require your guest names and seating details four weeks before your event to ensure timely production and delivery.

DESIGN PROOF

A design proof will be sent for approval before manufacturing. The first revision is free; additional changes incur a $50 fee per proof. If you’re not satisfied, a full refund is available before final approval. No refunds after approval.

MANUFACTURING TIME

Please order as early as possible in advance of your event so that we can plan for peak periods.
