Returns Policy

Custom items

A design proof is provided for approval prior to manufacture of all custom items.  Samples, including cut quality samples, will be provided for high-volume items on request (for example promotional items or laser cutting to your design specifications).  No refunds or returns are permitted on custom items except as provided by the Australian Consumer Law.   

Non-custom items

You may return new, unused items that are not customised within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example you received an incorrect item).  Otherwise the return shipping costs are payable by you. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to Laser Leaf.  In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to any address within Australia. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products due to Australia Post shipping limitations, which restrict parcel sizes to a maximum length of 105cm, maximum overall size of 0.25 cubic meters and maximum weight of 22kg.  When you place an order, our website will estimate Australia Post shipping and delivery dates for you based on the manufacturing time or availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
