INSTALLATION NOTES
Corten steel is designed to age gracefully outdoors. During the initial weathering phase, Corten steel may produce rust runoff that can stain porous surfaces such as concrete, stone, render, or brick. We recommend allowing your art piece to begin rusting in a location where staining won’t be an issue. Once the patina settles, runoff slows and the colour becomes more stable.
Once rusted, if installing as wall art on a vertical surface we recommend using 3M VHB or other high tack double sided tape suitable for outdoors.
